We had the most professional chef experience with Chef Horacio - everything from communication, set-up, the experience itself, and the clean-up was seamless. The food was incredible, soulful, and delicious. We can't wait to book with Chef Horacio again!

Chef James was absolutely amazing. He had already set up by the time we arrived and had everything ready as well as setting the table beautifully. Our dinner was absolutely delicious and we were all so happy with every course. We genuinely couldn't have asked for a better experience and James cleaned up afterwards so we could just enjoy the whole experience. I would honestly recommend James to everyone and would book again!! Thank you James!

What a fantastic evening with Kit the Chef. Kit arrived an hour before so he could set up and start cooking. He made communication so there was nothing left to chance. He was engaging without being intrusive. He happily answered questions about how he prepared and cooked food, so we could learn from the professional. We had 7 meat eaters and 1 vegetarian. All of the courses were perfection. I thought I couldn’t manage the dessert but I didn’t want to let anyone down!!! As he worked he cleaned up

Sam coped with a chaotic family event with admirable calmness. The food was all fantastic and enjoyed by everyone. We have some picky eaters but they all cleared their plates and went for more. Particular highlights were the candied hazelnuts and my son recommends the harissa lamb as being perfect level of spicyness as well as great tenderness. My sister was after some of the recipes………
