Hi, We had a dispute with our chef at our event last night. I have just Whatsapped your help number and was told to email the information before midday to log the dispute. When the issues arose last night we agreed with Chef Ben that we would discuss it today, rather than ruin our evening last night. We have messaged him this morning to agree a partial refund but haven't heard back. As we haven't heard back, we wanted to email you to ensure that the money isn't released before the dispute is agreed. The food Ben cooked was excellent, however there were a few major issues which we believe entitle us to a partial refund. The issues were: 1. No vegetarian meal in the starter or main course. Our chat clearly shows there was one vegetarian guest. The starter was served with meat in it and that's when Chef Ben realised he'd forgotten to cater for a veggie. As the booking was made a while ago, I messaged him this week to remind him of the dietary requirements. 2. He forgot the beef carpaccio for the beef carpaccio starter and ended up using our charcuterie board meats instead. 3. He was 30 minutes late arriving and dinner was served 25 minute late. We spent 20 minutes calling him, then stood in the road to flag him down. We realise sometimes country homes are hard to find, but feel that as a private chef going to multiple homes, often in rural places, that it’s the chef's responsibility to arrive on time. The postcode for our Airbnb brings you straight to the house, and we all managed to find it in the dark. We feel that a minimum of a 25% discount is fair for these issues. Thanks, Ellie

Jamie cooked for us for our annual friends get together. We chose 5 dishes from an extensive menu. The main course was a stand out dish for us all which was the pgi beef, we loved the mini pie! The starter was disappointing as the fat on the lamb wasn't rendered and was different to what we had ordered. Jamie was pleasant to deal with and cleaned the kitchen perfectly afterwards.

Emily was fantastic. Excellent communication, delicious food, and she and Lexi were both wonderful with our young children. Definifely recommend Emily!

Great dining experience with Mike catering for a 70th birthday celebration for 8 people. Food was excellent & well presented. Flexible on catering for 1 vegetarian in our party & patient with us getting kids to bed which meant a slightly later start. Mike was great all round Would definitely recommend & will be looking to book again in the future
