Mark was fantastic. He arrived on time and chatted to anyone who was passing who asked questions and watched him at work while we were all getting ready to leave for the wedding. When we arrived back he kept us all calm while we were having so many photographs done and was ready with the canapés just when we needed and the main meal at the precise time we had originally estimated. He served all 15 people, the food was fantastic, special dishes delicious, the beef wellington to die for.

Mbark was very good in contacting me, he was happy to accommodate dietary restrictions and also happy to change the menu around. Mbark arrived with his wife, they cooked wonderful food and cleaned up after themselves. A brilliant experience and will definitely chose Mbark again.

Chef Leo was just outstanding, he arrived on the time that we discussed and well prepared. The food that he cooked was out of this world from the readiness of his preparation, to the presentation of his food, and the taste was amazing, he had us licking every plate clean. He is someone that I’m 100% going to be booking again, to add to all the cooking he was doing he left my kitchen spotless, cleaner than it was when he arrived. I have recommend Chef Leo to all my friends.

Great Experience

We hired Chef Manika for our anniversary dinner at home and she absolutely delivered. The monkfish was incredible, the mashed potatoes were perfectly creamy, and the caper sauce on the scallops was a standout. Every dish was beautifully executed. She arrived on time, kept things tidy, and was genuinely great company throughout the evening. A truly special experience; we'd book her again without hesitation!

Really efficient and detailed written communication during the initial discussion and planning of our meal requirements. Trevor was very happy to accommodate all our allergies and preferences - he made a note of each thing mentioned and made sure they were followed. Right away I noticed Trevor was very detailed orientated which is great & exactly what I was hoping for in a chef cooking for me and my family. Trevor provided updates when on the way with the delivery. All meals were delicious!

She was very polite and the food was amazing! Absolutely recommend her to cater your event. Portion sizes are large, so make sure you have room for leftovers! Highly recommend.
