Chef Deyan’s professionalism, can-do demeanor, and really delicious food helped create a memorable celebration with extended family. The meal lasted for several days, and included a wide array of Mediterranean food which appealed to a variety of dietary needs. Deyan added a few Scottish foods as well. After eating out so much during our travels, it was so social to enjoy an incredible long meal with no post dinner cleaning. I highly recommend Chef Deyan and his assistant Colin.

Grandma & Mom Legacy Celebration Dinner July 11, 2026 Cold Starters & Dips Hummus with Olive Oil and Paprika Served with warm flatbread. Tzatziki Greek yoghurt, cucumber, garlic, lemon and herbs. Baba Ganoush Smoky roasted aubergine dip with tahini and lemon. Marinated Olives With garlic, herbs, lemon zest and olive oil. Main Buffet Lemon & Herb Chicken Skewers Grilled chicken marinated with lemon, garlic, oregano and olive oil. Mediterranean Meatballs Beef or lamb-style meatballs in a tomato, garlic and herb sauce. Roasted Vegetable & Halloumi Tray Bake Peppers, courgettes, red onion, cherry tomatoes and grilled halloumi. Sides & Salads Greek Salad Tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, feta and oregano. Couscous Salad With roasted vegetables, herbs, lemon and olive oil. Garlic & Herb Roasted Potatoes Crispy potatoes with rosemary, garlic and sea salt. Warm Flatbreads Served for sharing with the dips and mains. Dessert Baklava Bites Sweet pastry with nuts and honey syrup. Greek Yoghurt Pots with Honey and Berries Light individual dessert pots with honey, berries and crushed pistachio. We love you Mom!

Alex was UNBELIEVABLE! A consummate professional and so lovely to be around, he made our weekend incredibly special and the food was top notch. We even had a power cut at one point, and Alex still put on a feast beyond our wildest dreams. Easy going, focussed, and flexible. Looking to put together another event just so we can hire him again :)

Chef Liviu O was absolutely fantastic. He served us a 3-course meal at a hen do. The courses were mainly seafood and it was incredible! He left the kitchen absolutely spotless as well. Before he started, he made sure he had enough plates for all courses so could move through serving seamlessly without asking us for any support. Could not recommend enough!!

We had the BEST dinner served by Fouad for 15 of us at the weekend! The food was absolutely delicious and so much that there was plenty leftover for the next day, much to everyone’s enjoyment! Fouad was also incredibly polite and a pleasure to be around. He left the kitchen spotless as well. We can’t recommend him enough!
