Chef Gerald catered for my sons 21st birthday gathering. He was super friendly and superb in everyway. We had an American style BBQ and the food was amazing, everyone complemented how delicious it was. He cooked on a charcoal BBQ in the garden so gave it real atmosphere. Chef Gerald came before the day to check the space and chat about the menu. I would highly recommend Chef Gerald for any occasion and will definitely be using his services again. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

We hired Carine for our wedding and not only did she meet our expectations, she surpassed them in every way possible. Our requested menu was quite specialist for both cuisine and dietary requirements while the venue had very limited facilities. Despite this, Carine and her team produced an incredible buffet that included all of our favourite dishes. We had dozens of guests tell us that it was the best wedding food that they'd ever had! Thank you Carine for helping make it so special!

Chef Denis was fabulous. We changed our venue twice and it was no bother to him despite having to travel a long way. The food was superb and was served calmly and professionally. He interacted with us at just the right level. The kitchen was left spotless. I would highly recommend Chef Denis for any event. We had a wonderful experience.

My experience with Chef Scott and his assistant Shelby was absolutely incredible!! He was extremely communicative about the menu, reliable, and very funny! A few friends had dietary restrictions and he went above and beyond to make them something special. He even ran to the grocery store and picked up something we needed for us. The food was out of this world with sizeable portions. He left our kitchen cleaner than when he arrived, and even packed our leftovers in to go boxes. 100/10 experience!
