The chefs were lovely and put a great deal of effort into the meal - wonderful to have a spotless kitchen at the end of a lovely dinner party.

Great communication from the start, really responsive and easy to work with. Understood the brief straightaway and was very flexible accommodating changes, additional requests and dietary restrictions. Arrived and just got on with it and judged the level of interaction with our party perfectly. Made those with dietary requirements feel special and looked after. Everybody loved Paul's food. Will definitely book him again if we go back to that area again.

Wow! I absolutely made the right choice is asking Jay to cook for my 60th birthday celebration. From the very first communication he responded, helped, answered any questions and kept in touch. The meal he provided was excellent, you just knew how much work had gone into it and he described each of the dishes and a little background to their origin too!
