Katie was great! We had vegans, a gluten free, vegetarians, non vegetarians and a garlic! She’s catered for them all! Her food was amazing and lots left for us to keep nibbling on them through the evening. We chose the Middle Eastern menu. So many choices and everyone felt included. We hired Chef Victor for a birthday celebration in North Wales, and he made the event extraordinary. The dining experience was impeccable, and nothing was too much for him. I highly recommend adding the extra waiting staff service to truly impress your guests. Despite an electricity cut (no fault of Victor's), he went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and all guests were well taken care of. The food portions were generous, and his bespoke menu was creative and delicious.

We had an amazing evening! His food was so impressive - amazing flavour and presentation. He was also friendly and nice to work with! Our kitchen was spotless and so clean by the end of the night. His menu proposal catered to all the dietary requirements we had and he was so flexible with making any minor changes. We will definitely book Chef Lech again!
