Wow! Keiko exceeded every expectation. Keiko designed a custom menu to celebrate my partner's birthday, serving a range of sushi, sashimi, tempura and teriyaki dishes for 20+ people in our private home. Keiko arrived early, was incredibly friendly and took control over serving the bustling party. We are so grateful for Keiko and would highly recommend her for your next event!

Matthew and his team were great! They accommodated for our very large party and ensured everything was perfect. Would definitely call him again for a future event!

Lawrence was amazing from start to end! He gave us some great options on food and was very causious of everyones dietry requirements. His communication was great all the way through. We had a massive spread to feed 28 hungry lads on a stag and the food just kept coming, it all taste absolutley amazing. They cleaned up everything afterwards and left the kitchen spotless. I would highly reccomend lawrence.

Lauren was amazing. She was very relaxed and the whole evening ran smoothly. The food was insane. All the guests enjoyed it. I think great value for money especially canapés and a sous chef and 2 waiters aswell. Highly recommend Lauren! Thanks for a great night!

I would like to make a complaint about Chef Joshua who came to do our meal on Saturday 30/03/24 in North Wales. We was celebrating my mums 60th Birthday, which me and my sister had gone to extensive effort to plan. We were all expecting luxurious food for the price we paid. Firstly, Joshua arrived late, it was just before 6pm, when it was organised for him to arrive between 4 and 5pm. We understand there is traffic but we had family members travelling from Manchester and Glossop who were able to make it on time. We should have sat down for our starters at 6:15pm however this was not the case it was more 6:45. As you can imagine we were getting worked up at the fact people had, had no food and had already previously to panicked that he wasn’t going to turn up. I paid an extra £100 for a waiter, who arrived in jumper and jeans. His focus was more assisting the Chef rather than concentrating on the guest for drinks etc, or clearing away all pots that had been used. We ended up having to navigate the waiter which felt as though we were asking for things that were meant to be a given. The starters were all ok, however my started had nuts on the salad, I noted this to the chef and he was able to provide me with a nut free starter but pointed out I should have told him, when in fact I had put this on the event when planning/advertising it through yourselves, so the chef had previously been informed I have a nut allergy. The honey poured on Camembert cheese was from Aldi. Not that there is anything wrong with Aldi products, however when when we have spent the money we have for this experience, you’d expect top range ingredients as advertised, it was disappointing. One of the guests had no potatoes on her plate for the main meal, only Beef Wellington and Vegetables which chef Josh admitted to being a fault on his part. There was not enough made and once the chef had left, we went on to find burnt potatoes left in the oven. One of our guests had ordered lobster Thermidor with triple cooked chips, he was given lobster tail which was barely 2 mouthfuls, and Aldi frozen fries which were burnt. Our guest had paid a surge charge of 15 pounds (£100 in total) for this meal, which I don’t feel is acceptable at all. We was all heartbroken by this point, my mum therefore had words with the chef. The words may have been slightly abrupt but he chef didn't , however as you can imagine the stress built up and after the complaints it had all come to a head. Chef Joshua didn’t offer an apology for the missed potatoes, or the nuts on the starter if anything he was quite defensive. The Chef then ended up walking out, he left us with so many dirty pots and pans which we then had to deal with as the ‘waiter’ hadn’t been washing as the meals were being prepped / served. He also took the lemon tarts with him that was for our dessert and only left the sorbet! Chef Josh did leave the cheese which a couple of guest had ordered the cheese board for dessert, however we noticed the cheese was bought from the whoops section in the supermarket and had a reduced sticker on for it going out of date that day! Date on the cheese was up by 31/3/24. So the majority of guests were left with no dessert, all the washing and tidying whilst this was meant to be a fun relaxing evening celebrating my 60th birthday. It was supposed to be a very special meal which ended up an absolute disaster. The whole experience was not pleasant or professional, and ruined the whole evening. I’m really not happy that we have spent £1000.00 for a meal and service that was no where near up to scratch. Thank you, Lucy R

I had the pleasure of hiring the private chef again for mine and my twin sister’s 40th birthday celebration, after being impressed with his culinary skills at my friend's 40th six months ago. Once again, he delivered an exceptional experience. The food was not only delicious but beautifully presented, showcasing his impeccable attention to detail. Additionally, his warm and friendly demeanor added to the overall enjoyment of the evening. I would not hesitate to hire him again for future events.

It was a fantastic evening - far more interesting and engaging than going out to a restaurant. Lots of thought and personal touches gone into each dish. Would highly recommend
