Neel’s passion for cooking started at an early age when he began cooking dal rice in his home kitchen. Since then, he knew that this is what he wanted to do. In his professional career, he has traveled across the world, picking up new styles and techniques along the way.
A chef extraordinaire, Neel has worked at Marriott's biggest property in Nashville, America. While working for Sake in Melbourne, the restaurant was awarded a Chef Hat - Australia’s equivalent to a Michelin Star. In London, he worked at the prestigious Gymkhana in Mayfair.
Neel loves to be in people’s homes, at the very heart of gathering where he can see the enjoyment on the faces of his guests, rather than cooking hidden behind a kitchen door.
