I cannot recommend Tom highly enough, he cooked a fantastic meal for my mother’s 70th birthday in Leeds, we had canapés followed by three courses all of which were excellent and Tom went out of his way to recommend wine pairings for each course which were perfect! Tom is polite and very knowledgeable - he talked us through each wine that he’d paired with each course and I’m also pretty sure the kitchen was cleaner when Tom left than when he arrived!
