My guests were very happy with the food. Fouad worked so hard and produced an amazing quantity of food in the time he was here. It was very well presented and he came with a helper who handed food out. Our kitchen was in the entertainment space and he kept it all amazingly clean and tidy and it was a sight to behold. We could have had half a dozen more guests for the amount of food and we sent the younger generation home with dinner and desserts. He supplied plastic tubs for the leftovers.

Couldn't recommend Mario more. We had an engagement party with around 30 guests and he created and cooked the most delicious elevated bbq. All the dishes he created were delicious and had so many compliments from my friends and family. He was great to communicate with, very responsive and very nice to chat to on the day. I have recommended Mario to friends and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a great chef for a group event. P.s I am still thinking about the basque cheesecake!

Incredible, fantastic, delighted! Booked Paul for my mums 70th birthday as a surprise. He absolutely nailed it, great comms leading up to the event to decide on the perfect menu within agreed budget. Managed to tick off so many of my mums favourite items and then on the day cooked them brilliantly, so menu looked good and tasted great. My son (7) said that it was the best mash potato he has ever eaten Id highly recommend Paul, would definitely use him again.
