We had the pleasure of dining with this incredible chef, and it’s safe to say he exceeded all our expectations. His warm demeanour and professionalism made the evening unforgettable. The food? Simply exceptional. Every dish was a masterpiece. The Asian Slaw was a clear favourite but the Japanese Lamb Chops and Sriracha Wings, however, stole the show. We are already thinking of occasions to book him for again! A solid 10/10 experience- highly recommend.

My family and I chose Maciej as our chef to celebrate my mother’s surprise 60th birthday dinner and he was faultless from being to end. Maciej exceeded all expectations!! The dishes were delicious, the presentation was a work of art and all ingredients used were of the highest quality. Most of all, we enjoyed Maciej’s company as well as his assistant. Our experience was faultless from beginning to end. Maciej’s experience and expertise was truly evident he is definitely a GEM!! 💎
