This was the best experience, you could ask for. The best engagement ahead of the event to decide on the menu. The food was phenomenal and as described. The dishes were presented beautifully. They served the meals to the table (which was not expected but such a fabulous touch). Everyone was so happy with the food, service and the night, I cant thank them both enough. Would HIGHLY recommend if you sre considering booking for your event. They left the kitchen immaculate.

Darren cooked a fantastic meal for 12 during my mother's 70th birthday weekend. Despite some challenging cooking appliances at our holiday rental Darren took it all in his stride to create a relaxed yet polished experience. After the meal, everything was left spotless. It was the first time we've ever booked a personal chef and everyone remarked how great the whole thing it was. Hope to have Darren cook for us again one day!

We had an amazing evening celebrating my mother’s 80th birthday. The food was absolutely superb, and every course was beautifully presented and served. Chef Bear was personable, professional, and made the whole experience feel special. He also kept the kitchen clean and tidy throughout the evening, which was a wonderful bonus. We highly recommend Chef Bear for a truly memorable private dining experience!

Absolutely superb, friendly chef, who with his wife, ensured we enjoyed the most marvellous evening. Excellent food, including catering for a gluten free guest, polite and engaging service, all contributed to a splendid occasion. I would use Gergo again. Wonderful.
