We booked Alastair’s 3 course meal for a hen party of 14 ladies. His food, service and communication was beyond expectation. All 14 of us were blown away with Alastairs service and would not hesitate to book again. Thank you Alastair!

>Starter Smoked salmon rose set on a rosti with crème fraiche and salmon caviar. Charcuterie with olives, sun dried tomatoes and shaved parmesan fresh bread. Burrata with grapefruit and balsamic dressing. >Main Course Chicken breast wrapped in parma ham and set on a rich madeira and mushroom sauce. (gf) Cod fillet baked with a horseradish crust set on sweet beetroot. Mushrooms braised with tomato soy sauce and red wine garlic and ginger with sweet a potato. (ve) Carved 21 day aged rump steak (pink) with peppercorn sauce on the side. >Dessert Chocolate marquis with fresh raspberries and a butterscotch swirl. Italian meringue filled with a creamy lemon curd topped with passionfruit and chocolate shaves. Twice baked sticky toffee pudding served warm with hot caramel sauce and double cream.

A Great meal prepared and cook by Adam for myself and the wife on her 60th bithday.He arrived on time as arranged and was very engaging.The meal was superb and well presented.All courses were amazing.I would definitely use Adam again and would highly recommend.others to try.We had a great experience.

Chef Fabio was a standout at our dinner party. He expertly managed gluten-free needs, an infant’s meal, and post-surgery dietary restrictions, ensuring everyone felt included. Always contactable and attentive, Fabio was polite, caring, and a pleasure to have in our home. The food was fresh, beautifully presented, and cooked to perfection. We’ve had several private chefs, but Fabio truly went the extra mile. Highly recommended for both his skill and genuine hospitality.

Absolutely amazing service provided by Chef Lukasz. We had an Italian menu which he was happy to amend based on my wife’s preference. Every single option in the menu was delicious. There were even left overs which I look forward to eating. But OMG the Tiramisu was 10/10. Massive thank you for such great service and food.
