Chef Fabrice created an 8 course tasting menu with canapés for my father in law’s 70th birthday and everything was wonderful. He took great care in designing a menu which incorporated all of my father in law’s favourite ingredients, he assisted with wine pairings and was very friendly and professional throughout.

Chef Graham arrived promptly at the venue we had rented for a family gathering of 11 adults and set to work in the kitchen with all of us wandering in and out, getting drinks, chatting etc. We had a ‘fine dining’ 7 course meal if I remember rightly. He introduced each dish and was happy to chat, but also knew when to withdraw and leave us alone. The meal he produced was fantastic and everyone was very impressed. We would happily hire him again and highly recommend him. Thank you Chef Graham!

Chef Yannis and Shelley were fantastic from first contact to the end of our event. The communication before the event was great, few quick to answer any messages. The food was delicious and they really brought each dish to life by explaining its origins, you can tell their passion straight away and they made our evening extra special. We also had a few allergies in our group and Yannis and Shelly were brilliant at adapting the dishes and making everyone feel comfortable.

Emma, was amazing, very engaging and joyful. Everyone enjoyed the food, not one unhappy party goer. Very efficient during the evening and all clean and tidy in the kitchen afterwards. I would highly recommend Chef Emma. Thank you so much for making our evening very special.

Chef Bohus stepped in at the very last minute as our original chef cancelled the day before the event. Bohus was brilliant. Really lovely to have in our home. Super friendly. Just got on with it and produced absolutely delicious food. He prepared the best tres leches cake I’ve ever had.

Chef Tim was very good at communicating and discussing the best menu outcome for our food allergy and preference requirements adjusting his menu suggestions to create the perfect menu for our group of 6. He worked well to adapt to our rented accommodation kitchen, and left it spotless. The food was perfect and well timed with our murder mystery dinner theme. All our guests were impressed. We would definitely book Chef Tim again for future events.

Chef T was a delight, it was my daughter’s Hen Weekend, the meal chef produced was of top quality looked and tasted fabulous. Would highly recommend her.
