We were so fortunate to have Manpreet Singh as our private chef for my dad’s 70th birthday, and he truly helped make the evening unforgettable. The food was absolutely delicious- beautifully prepared, full of flavour, and clearly made with real care and attention to detail. Beyond the food, Manpreet himself was a pleasure to have in our home. He was warm, friendly, and personable throughout the evening, instantly putting everyone at ease, while maintaining complete professionalism at all times.

We recently hired chef Stuart Cowan for a private dinner and were absolutely delighted with the experience. The food was the true star of the evening. The menu was thoughtfully executed and well presented. The hand-dived clams were bursting with flavour, and the saddle of venison was so tender it melted in the mouth— The chef had clearly noted that I am gluten-free and prepared some fabulous brownies, which was a wonderful and considerate touch. Kitchen was spotless on leaving.
