I can't speak more highly of Laurie and Manchester Pasta Co.He was easy to communicate with and worked with my very particular requirements in terms of menu for our group of fussy eaters and mixed cultures. What we received on the night was nothing short of spectacular. The whole group absolutely devoured it - I don't think there was even a crumb left behind. 100% would book again.

Chef Glenn was a dream! He listened closely to my brief to curate a beautiful bespoke menu, making sure to include everything I mentioned in the most thoughtful and creative way possible. He interacted, answering all our silly questions and offered explanations with every meal he served. I’ve never had meals look and taste as good as this. If anyone asks what my favourite restaurant is now, I’ve got to point them to Sozo dining.

Our experience with Chef Alejandro was great, he arrived on the day at the agreed time and with everything he needed. The food was spectacular and gained a lot of wonderful comments from the guests. I had never used a private chef for an event before, but our experience with Chef Alejandro was brilliant, it really took the pressure off during the day and allowed us to relax and spend time with our guests. Would highly recommend!

Hamish and Rosie turned up in plenty of time to prepare the meal. They are very charming people. The food was delicious and their fluster free freindly service made our ewvening a great success. I would definitely use them again when the occasion arises.

Hollie was brilliant from start to finish. She arrived exactly on time, and took time out of the preparation to chat to us about what she was making and where the food was sourced from. Hollie prepared 3 separate meals for us: Buffet Lunch / 3 Course Dinner / BBQ Not one of the guests (all family) could fault any part of the food and any that was left over was put in containers and taken home!!!
