Our experience with Charles was very good. He arrived at our AirBnB on time, was clean and professional throughout and served our dinner as scheduled. The dinner was for 12 guys, and every guy there was happy with the meal and the convenience of having a professional chef at the house, instead of having to drive out to another restaurant. Charles was engaging, kept the plates moving and explained how he came up with recipes or ideas. Thanks for a great evening Charles!

Chef Fouad was amazing. Everyone at the hen do was raving about the meal afterwards. The food was delicous and generous and the dietaries were catered for so well. We were staying in an Airbnb with quite a quirky kitchen so we were very impressed he pulled it off so well and he left the place cleaner than when he arrived. We would deffo book again!

Jake made a fantastic meal for our family to celebrate my mum’s 60th birthday. Everything tasted great and everyone really enjoyed the experience. Jake was great at interacting with everyone, including my 4 year old who asked if he had a rat under his hat. It is not something any of us have done before but Jake made the evening a special occasion for everyone. My mum was impressed that he did all the washing up by hand and left everything as if he hadn’t been there!

Lovely experience. Was such a treat to enjoy such delicious food. Chef Mohamed catered to our groups dietary needs and was a lovely host. Cleaned up afterwards too. It was perfect!

Perl las blue cheese and fig bruschetta, onion marmalade, candied walnuts, pomegranate molases and a rocket and chicory salad. >Main courses Roast chicken breast with curry scented potato, charred spring onion, tender stem, carrot puree, onion bahji and finished with a coconut and coriander sauce. Roast salmon fillet with herb crust, crushed new potatoes, peas and broad beans, confit cherry tomatoes finished with white wine sauce. >Desserts Tripple chocolate brownie with hot chocolate sauce and whipped vanilla cream. Warm apricot bakewell served with Chantilly cream, apricot compote and a rich vanilla sauce.
