Unfortunately the experience was not what we expected so we had to end the evening after the appetizer course. Chef needed a lot of help with the appliances, some of the food was prepared the night before instead of fresh, and we almost had a fire on the grill. She didn’t know how to make margaritas. It did not seem like what we would expect from a professional private chef.

Jake you were incredible. You came into our holiday home and made us all feel so relaxed, it was lovely to chat to you and hear all about your career as a chef. We all think you have a fantastic future ahead of you. The food was just perfect and so tasty, we were all talking about it at breakfast this morning. Thank you

Patrick was excellent from start to finish. He is clearly a very talented chef with a vast background of skill and experience based on the dishes suggested and served. Patrick presents himself very professionally and is genuinely a nice guy. Our party was made up of a mix of adults and children which Patrick accommodated both excellently. The pre-meal call to run through the requirements was perfect and Patrick made the process so simple. Our Gluten Free guest requirement was handled brilliantly

Brian was excellent from start to finish, he made the experience easy and pleasant. He went out of his way to get to us, the venue was over a couple of hours drive away. The food was to die for, some of the guests said it was the best meal they had ever had. Thanks again Brian, we are now inventing reasons to ask you again.

Such a lovely experience having Fabio come and cook us a 3 course meal to celebrate a special occasion. Not only was the food absolutely delicious, Fabio was very accommodating and had a great balance of quietly cracking on but happy to engage in conversation when lead by the party. It was lovely to have a high quality meal as a family while on holiday without having to arrange babysitters. We would definitely welcome Fabio back again!

Excellent in all respects

Chef Gianluigi was amazing, our first experience having a chef in at home and did not disappoint. The food was delicious, he truly listened to what we wanted and went above and beyond to provide. Highly recommend and we will definitely be using Gianluigis services again!
