We opted for the banquet, Hollys menu gave us so much lovely variety. Everything was well presented and enjoyed by everyone. There was also a huge quantity of food fpr the 8 of us. Holly was timely and responsive to my messages on the lead up to the event and arrived at the agreed time at the venue. She helped create a relaxed occasion for us. Everything was clean and tidy after the event. I would highly recommend Holly.

Amazing Amazing Amazing Chef. Couldn’t recommend enough. Menu was spectacular, food was delicious and serving team top tier. Catered to all 30 at the event with all guests singing Brian and his team’s praises. Kitchen was left immaculate, will definitely be booking again for any events in the future.

Alistair was absolutely superb 👌. What a lovely guy, very polite, engaging and professional but also happy to have a laugh with us! the food was stunning, the duck and lamb was very special! Would recommend Alistair to anyone and everyone!

We hired Fraser as a private chef for our engagement dinner and couldn’t be happier. He was pleasant, professional and easy to work with. The food was delicious, beautifully presented and made the evening feel truly special. He created a relaxed atmosphere and left everything spotless. Highly recommended!

Chef Chris was awesome. He made the experience really special - worked with me to create a perfect menu. We really enjoyed the day and learned loads from the experience.

Chef Charlotte did a great job with the meal for a large group. She suggested a flavorful menu working with dietary restrictions in our party to accommodate vegetarians and dairy intolerances. All the proteins and veggies were grilled to perfection and the sauces and marinades further amplified the dishes. Communication was clear throughout, and everything was handled professionally from prep to cleanup. I’d definitely book her again for any future dinners.

Chef Marco was absolutely superb. The food was delicious, he talked us through each course and made every effort to make my mum feel special on her 60th. It was truly an evening we won't forget and I cannot recommend Marco enough.

The energy you brought to the evening was reflected in every course, each dish was plentiful and thoughtfully prepared and exceeded our expectations. The mezze-style antipasti, in particular, was a real highlight. I would highly recommend Mark and his team for any event - a fantastic experience all round!
