We had such an amazing experience with Hin! He arrived on time, was really friendly and very accommodating with our requests and last-minute menu changes. The food was fantastic and he left the kitchen spotless. This was a surprise for my dad’s 70th birthday and it made the evening so special – he absolutely loved it (we all did!). 10/10, would definitely book again!

Chef Guilherme was outstanding. My birthday dinner went without a hitch with every request delivered to an extremely high standard. My guests were delighted with their meals - Chef G is an artist with food. I have had guests, who are accustomed to fine dining, commenting that they have never tasted better beef and another two said his was the best chocolate brownie they I ever tasted. I really loved the canapés - each one with delicate, complimentary flavours and textures, perfectly executed.

Huge thank you to Pete and Janine for a brilliant Easter Sunday meal. The food was honestly amazing, but it was the two of them that really made the afternoon. They were so patient with the kids, making sure Flora got her extra capers and Samuel had his Parmesan fix! The kitchen wasn’t exactly the easiest to work in, but they adapted and did a fantastic job. They even offered to hang back until the dishwasher finished. Such a lovely, stress-free day. We’d have them back in a heartbeat!
