Positives: spotless kitchen, great sauces, decent fish. Things to note: profile mentions cooking for celebrities, but he clarified on the day he’d worked in kitchens that served them — small but meaningful difference. Pre-event communication was patchy, we only got arrival time an hour before. The gyoza were shop-bought rather than homemade, which felt like a shortcut. The meat was inconsistent — some pieces overcooked. A request to wash six glasses was declined. The experience needs more polish

Chef Scott was very attentive from my very first email to him. He made sure our menu was as we wanted it. Chef Scott and his helper Allyson made sure we were taken care of from the time he came in the door. He always asked when we were ready for each part of our meal. He never rushed the evening. We had two young ones, also enjoyed Chef Scott. He asked us for input first. The girls were out to work dressing the apps and desert. He made their meals special too. There aren't enough stars.....TY

Chef John was fantastic. He made a superb meal for 8 of us at Fyvie Castle. He arrived mid morning and took time to prepare 3 courses with Canapes. We couldn’t fault anything and recommend him to you. What an interesting chef with his love of food written on his face.

Chef Trevor’s food was great and everything my family and I were expecting. He was professional and communicative and all the dishes were authentic and yummy. Would definitely recommend.

A huge thank you to Chef Fola G for an exceptional evening! He catered our private birthday dinner and exceeded our expectations. Punctual, efficient, and he really brought the energy. The West African menu was a hit, particularly the Groundnut stew with lamb, served with spiced Kabsa rice and boli. We'd highly recommend his services

We booked a private dining experience with Nicola, who was warm, friendly, and professional. The Pan-Asian menu sounded exciting and presentation was beautiful, but flavours were quite mild and didn’t meet expectations. The beef salad stood out, and desserts were enjoyable. We feel better alignment on flavour preferences (eg. spice levels &boldness) could have greatly improved things. Nicola was very clean and left the kitchen spotless. Overall, a lovely chef with room to elevate the experience.

Incredible! Truly the highlight of our trip to the Cotswolds. Georgina was professional, polite, engaging, efficient and clearly, a supremely talented chef. We struggled to decide on our tastiest course because they were all outstanding but the scallops were the best we've ever had (and we eat these a lot) Also, the mac and cheese - wow, wow, wow! Clearly, I cannot rave enough about the food! If you want a chef that is engaging, tidy and discreet, Chef Georgina should be your first pick!

Celeste was an excellent chef. The whole experience; from initial communication to the wonderful meal on the day was spot on. She was lovely , making us all feel very comfortable , punctual, and cooked an incredible meal! It was the last day of my sisters hen and really was a great ending to a weekend. I am very grateful to Celeste for making it so special.
