Michael is outstanding! Friendly, warm, welcoming, and kind. He works like a magician - no pots clanging, smooth and confident in the kitchen. An elegant guy. Beautiful food just kept appearing as if from nowhere. Scallops on pureed cauliflower perfectly cooked - a nice char on the outside, silky in the middle. Some of the best sea bass we'd ever had - crunchy crispy skin, tender meat, served with beautifully flavourful & buttery potatoes. Well worth it, he made our friend's birthday wonderful!

We had the pleasure of having Jose cater my husband’s 50th birthday and he was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The food was incredible — beautifully presented, full of flavour, and every single guest commented on how amazing it was. Jose created such a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere and made the whole experience feel really special. Nothing was too much trouble and everything ran seamlessly. We honestly couldn’t have asked for more and would highly recommend him for any event.

Lovely experience with Joe, we were a group of 9 people and Joe had to step in at the last minute due to a cancellation. Communication was brilliant right from the beginning. Joe was very friendly and accommodating, he arrived on time and served up some really delicious and really well presented food . He left the kitchen cleaner than before he arrived too and was so relaxed throughout the evening xx

Matt was amazing!! He planned a gorgeous meal around dietary requirements, each course was such high quality. Delicious and wonderfully presented. He was really friendly and kept in contact in the run up to the day to ensure everything was to our liking. What a nice guy!! Thank you Matt!

Max was amazing, he arrived in amazing time, set up, and cleaned down so quickly and efficiently, it really made our experience extra special. The food he made for us received nothing but compliments, and everyone had such an amazing time. He was so adaptable in menu choice, and all food was presented so beautifully. Would absolutely recommend Max as a chef for your next gathering!

Everything was perfect - which was no mean feat given that our group ranged in age from 11 years to almost 80, with one gluten free and another diabetic. The food was excellent and the service provided by both by Stephen and Samantha was exemplary
