I employed Chef Danny for my birthday dinner party for 18 guests. She was very professional but friendly and presented very tasty dishes in good time. We were given a good selection for each if the courses and everything tasted delicious. She also cleared the dishes away which was a big plus.

We had a fantastic Mexican 3 course meal cooked by Chef Bogdan. He not only arrived on time, but delivered all 3 courses + canapés with a high level of respect and execution for flavour and presentation. We couldn’t praise the food any more highly if we tried! Would highly recommend!

We had a tasty and varied Thai sharing menu cooked by Robert for our party of 10. Everyone agreed it was all delicious and exactly what we hoped for. Robert was amiable and although there was limited cooking space and equipment in our cabin in Blackwood Forest he coped really well and produced a wonderful and memorable meal. Highly recommended, thank you Robert.

Jorge provided the catering for my dad’s 90th birthday gathering and he was fantastic from start to finish. He made us an absolutely delicious BBQ with chicken skewers, chilli prawns, homemade burgers, marinated salmon, amazing salads and all the accompaniments! Everyone hugely enjoyed Jorge’s food and it was such a talking point, Jorge was so clean and tidy and it was a genuine please to have him at our house. Thank you again Jorge!

Chef Xavier was outstanding. We hired him for my mom’s 75th birthday dinner in Joshua Tree and he made the night feel truly special. The food was excellent: a beautiful grazing table, delicious burrata, shrimp, filet, salmon, sides, and Basque cheesecake. Everything felt elevated but relaxed and perfect for a family celebration. He was responsive, flexible, thoughtful, and even helped create a special dessert moment for my sister-in-law’s birthday. Warm, professional, and highly recommended.

Darren is the owner and chef of a small catering company in Cornwall for 16 years. Running some of the most celebrated hotels in Cornwall. He enjoys not over complicated full of flavour letting the ingredients be the star of the show by using classic techniques. All ingredients are Cornish and local sustainable food with a real emphasis on nose to tail cookery with zero waste.
