We had Gianluigi as our private chef for a hen party of 11, and he was amazing from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious, with every course beautifully presented and full of flavour. The service was seamless, and Gianluigi was so friendly, professional, and accommodating throughout the evening. He made the whole experience feel really special, and everyone commented on how much they enjoyed it. I would highly recommend him for any celebration!

Nina was just wonderful! We had her cater a large 30th birthday party and she got it all perfect. The food was incredible, she worked so hard and was the great mix of sociable and relaxed. I cannot recommend her enough!

He fitted in with our group of 8 perfectly. We started with champagne in the lounge, he recognised what we were doing and asked if we would like our finger starter in the lounge before going to the dining room. Perfect.

Appetiser: • Olives and cornichons alongside some bite-sized dripping fried sourdough croutons Main: (choice of 2 - confirm numbers nearer the time) • Pan-fried sea bass fillet with a lemon, white wine, garlic and herbed butter sauce • Lamb Navarin (slow-cooked shoulder / leg of lamb with garlic, onion and mushrooms in wine and smoked spices, finished with fresh herbs and lemon. • • Both mains Served with a selection of steamed vegetables and Boston New Potatoes, fresh from Lincolnshire! - I'm currently thinking par-boiling then roasting with with game fat, but can go for a slightly lighter version - steamed with mint, spring onions and olive oil - I think this would work with both mains. Dessert: • Rhubarb, pear, ginger and orange crumble with a cinnamon oaty topping, served with cream. Cheese Board: • Chef's selection of cheeses with crackers, chutney and fruit / crudités
