I unfortunately have had a terrible experience with your service. The "chef" hired does not at all qualify as a proper chef. I was won over by his communication over email and I described to him that I was organising my 48th birthday party and was looking for an elegant affair with canapés. We agreed on a menu but it turned out that my idea of elegance looked more like ready made prep meal from Sainsbury or Tesco. He showed up 1 hour later than what he proposed, his outfit was creased and he didn’t look the part at all. He rushed his preparation dirtying up my kitchen in an incredible fashion. It was messy and completely unappetising to watch him prepare the few times I walked in the room. Twenty minutes before my guests arrived, nothing was plated, the kitchen was covered in a complete mess and my food and drinks stations were full of cooking dishes and half ready food. I had to step in and he got frazzled and started dumping garnish randomly on the papadums (package), tortillas, breads... The result was amateurish and absolutely unappetising. He has ruined my evening. I could not tell him to his face as my guests were arriving. I was on the verge of tears and felt that he was sabotaging my evening on purpose. My husband tried to reassure him by telling that the food was good as he didn’t want him to walk out but Jonny knew I was very upset. I am extremely disappointed by the whole experience for the price I paid close to £1500 for 25 people I was expecting fine ingredients and beautiful preparation. Not a frat party gone wrong! I would like to discuss this with your management, I cannot imagine that this is what Yhangry stands for. I trusted the words of this person, there has to be a better vetting system. I feel robbed and I was a complete hostage in this situation!

What a lovely treat! We hired Chef for our 10th wedding anniversary and the experience was good, we felt spoiled!

What a fantastic experience with Chef Marcel! All courses were presented well and tasted even better! Chef and his team were polite, punctual and left the kitchen spotless! We hope to book him again!

Chef Fouad cooked us a wonderful pan-Asian lunch for 11 people. He stayed for hours and even left the kitchen spotless. Thank you and I'd recommend to anyone!

Martin was excellent. He stepped in last minute and totally saved the day. Everyone agreed the food was delicious. He was the ultimate professional. We are so lucky to have had him!

Lukasz did an amazing job for our night in. The food was delicious and ample. He was delightful,made sure we had everything we needed and took care of all the clearing. Top night!

Alex cooked 12 of us a delicious 3 course Persian meal and catered for various dietary requirements including veggies and allergies with no fuss. The service was incredibly professional and slick (despite contending with a rather terrible electric hob), and he cleaned up efficiently and quietly, leaving the kitchen spotless. Overall a great experience and we would definitely book him again!
