Lech was brilliant from the time he arrived to the minute he left. He took control of everything in a rented property that we didn’t know our way around either . He was professional and highly organised and clearly passionate about his amazing food.

We had the most incredible dining experience with Fouad last night. He cooked a Middle Eastern feast for 15, there was a lot of food and all of it just beautiful in taste and preparation. He is a bit of a magician with flavour and used ingredients such as rose water and lemon balm in a tahini and strawberry cheesecake that were so subtle but made sure it tasted unlike anything you have eaten before - a very special evening of food for all our guests. He left the kitchen spotless too. Thank you!
