Darren did a fantastic job helping us celebrate our parents' Diamond Wedding Anniversary at Glen Tress Forest Holiday lodges. The food was fabulous; very attentive and friendly service from both Darren and Ben. They made a special day even more special.

The menu that was agreed upon was entirely different from what was served. We agreed on a certain Maharaja’s table menu including non - veg starters and non-veg main course however to our utter surprise when food was served it was all vegetarian food and the chef had no explanation for the same.

We had a lovely time with Joy, and her assistant Ilias. Everything was just as we hoped it would be, and a delightful time was had by all. I would happily call on Joy's services again, and I can heartily recommend her to everyone.

Alpay was great. From the initial booking to the event his communication was brilliant . He took in many requests for special dietary requirements and reassured us every step of the way. His food and presentation was superb amongst the best I have ever had. If he wasn’t a chef I would hire him as a cleaner because the kitchen was spotless when he had finished. He catered for 12 adults and 1 small child who were all impressed with him. Great meal many thanks

Anita-Clare was so communicative from the beginning and accommodating! Nothing was too much trouble and this is what made me choose her. We had a bespoke menu which used all locally sourced ingredients and the presentation was beautiful. It made my mums birthday very special. I really appreciate the effort to keep me included as EVERYTHING was amended to be gluten free too. Anita-Clare’s passion for cooking shines through and she is a very calm, friendly chef!
