Chef Eder was so kind and professional. It was a joy to have him in our home on Christmas Day. His fired was incredible. I would highly recommend him for any event or dinner!

Chef Carl came to our home for Christmas Day for 30 or so guests and he delivered exactly what we were looking for an exceptional Christmas buffet with Chicken, Beef, Ham, Fish and all the trimmings and more not to mention the beautiful way he presented it all. We are super happy and will for sure be calling Chef Carl for our next event.

We had Christmas Dinner preprepared and delivered for us to reheat and serve. The food Chef Fabrice prepared was delicious, especially the vegetarian Beet Wellington and the wood oven roasted turkey. The only real disappointment was that there was no vegetarian gravy provided. (Chef did provide a jar gravy for the Wellington but it wasn't vegetarian so I needed to make one from scratch). Otherwise we were very happy and my mother said it was the best turkey she had ever tasted!
