Everything was perfect! Prior to the event James made everything easy, on the day everything went to plan, the food was fantastic, lovely big portions, really enjoyed by all! We couldn’t recommend James (and Yhangry) highly enough!

Andy was simply outstanding. He’s clearly an inspired and gifted chef - with serious Michelin experience. However, more importantly, he was an absolute joy to work with - and dealt with complex and personal dietary requirements with total professionalism and genuine kindness. His Beef Wellington was divine - as was his Pommes Puree. Everything else (particularly his Ramsay-inspired Beef Consommé was a delight). We would recommend Andy to anyone - unreservedly.

Professional, communicative, and great food

I arranged a chef Rajika to attend my home yesterday 24/3/24 to cook for me and my husband for his 40th birthday. I have a 4 month old baby, life has been busy and going out didn’t seem like an easy option. The event went well, unfortunately in the morning I was unable to find my dishes and I realised she had placed them in the dish washer My dish washer isn’t working and I am now left with many dishes to wash. I mentioned this to Rajika and she said I should have told her it wasn’t working hence why she asked for a tour of the kitchen. I feel this is very unfair as she asked me on the spot for a kitchen tour. Had I known what type of information she was looking for then I would have mentioned. I was rushing to get my baby to sleep and it certainly was not at the forefront of my mind to mention it. I had a phone call with Rajika and she told me everyone has dishwashers and it is standard to use them in the industry. I find this very unfair as not everyone does and I would not be familiar with what is standard in her industry. As its standard to her she could have mention to me she’d be using it or to notice the tape inside the dishwasher to indicate it’s not in use. As the professional the onus lies with her to ask the relevant questions. Further more she mentioned In our phone call that she cleaned the kitchen and it’s cleaner than when she came. Well this is a shame to hear really as it was clean as she arrived and I had to hoover seseme seeds of the floor after the meal. This I am only mentioning as she made it a point. All in all the point of the experience was to have a hassle free evening as life is tough with a 4 month old baby. Unfortunately not only did I spend a lot of money but I then have to wash all the dishes used in the process of making the meal. Im very dissatisfied

The chef didn’t turn up, no communication made and when complained to yhangry they said they would compensate but all I got was a refund of my monies paid but this didn’t help our evening which had been totally ruined - I will not be booking through yhangry again!

Delightful chef and his lovely girlfriend who was doing service . Food was super yummy all 3 courses delicious especially the scallops/pork belly and basil panacotta.

Fantastic experience start to finish - Hannah was superb, professional but so friendly and her food was an absolute joy! Thank you, Hannah!
