Thank you Annabel for catering for our joint 50th birthday celebration in our rented house, through Kate and Toms. Thank you for being flexible with our menu choices, and serving two options for both the starter and main for our guests. The meal was delicious and all left the table with full and happy bellies. We were very lucky to have Chef Brian as our private chef for my 40th birthday dinner at a lovely holiday house in Tighnabruaich. Despite a last-minute hiccup with the front-of-house server falling sick, Brian handled everything brilliantly and delivered an outstanding dining experience. The food was not only delicious but beautifully plated, showcasing Brian’s culinary skills. The flavours were absolutely amazing, and my friends were raving about the meal for days afterwards.

Tim was incredible! Brilliant communication before the event, turned up on time and most importantly cooked the past delicious meal. He was kind enough to talk us through all of the food, which we really appreciated, and worked his magic even though the kitchen in our Airbnb was missing a few things he needed. We were all amazed at how quietly and quickly he cooked us an amazing feast, and he left the kitchen tidier and cleaner than when he arrived.
