We had the best time learning how to make choux pastry with Chef Marco. He was professional, friendly and informative. Took us through the whole process and we had the pleasure of trying a variety of different pastries by the end of the masterclass. He used premium ingredients and we all thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon. Would definitely recommend Chef Marco and would love to book him again!

We had Chef Forest cook for a 30 person Chinese New Year celebration. He was amazing to work with from start to finish. He suggested a wonderful menu and was flexible: We had to upsize from 20 to 30 people on relatively short notice and he made it happen. He also kindly agreed to an additional vegetarian dish I asked for. Every dish was packed with flavour and the presentation was great too (we organised it buffet style and the platters looked beautiful). Will definitely book him again!

After I got in touch with Brad on short notice on a Sunday, he responded immediately and could attend that same day to travel 2 hours to do a fine dining experience for my wife's 30th birthday with her family. The food and service exceeded our expectations and it certainly was the highligh of our 3 day holiday. I will be using Brad in the future and recommending him to friends and family.

Chef Orfeo prepared a true feast for my friends and me -- his handmade gnocchi in a lemon cream and basil sauce will haunt my dreams! If you're looking to have Italian food at your next event, you'd be hard-pressed to find a better chef.
