What a professional! Emma arrived with lots of equipment & all fresh ingredients. She then proceeded to prepared & cook our large family a fabulous meal, all within the confines of a holiday home kitchen, surrounded by interfering family, children & dogs. It looked effortless, although I'm sure it wasn't! Negotiating the menu was straightforward & the resulting choices tasted & looked beautiful, it made the evening very special. We all thoroughly recommend Emma

James was prompt and very polite when he arrived. His food was delicious and he delivered a fantastic meal. Chef James brought all his own equipment and cleaned up as he worked. Left the place clean and tidy. I'd happily book him again.
