Alex was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He helped us put together the perfect menu for a group with really different tastes, and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. We had to change the venue last minute, and Alex couldn’t have been more accommodating, he took it all in his stride and made everything work seamlessly. The food was incredible, the service was fantastic, and everyone had such a great time. We genuinely couldn’t have been happier. Can’t wait to book again!

Wow. Chef Fabio is a true professional, engaged with us in a professional and friendly manner. The food was exceptional, well presented, plenty of it and even better that he was able to cater for gluten and dairy free without compromising on taste (all in a Centre Parcs lodge Kitchen). Chef fabio was timely, excellent communication and made our celebration feel so special. Would highly recommend. Thank you Chef Fabio!

We really enjoyed our experience with Karl and Louise. The communication from Karl in the planning was great and he was really open to our requests and ideas - even going as far as making separate lattices for the bride who doesn't like mushrooms. We had someone drop out so we asked for pre-dinner nibbles which was no trouble at all. The food was really tasty and presented beautifully. The kitchen was kept so tidy throughout and both had great chat. Would 100% recommend! Thank you!

I booked Pete for my friend’s hen do last week and honestly, it was one of the highlights of the whole weekend. The food was absolutely incredible! Every course was beautifully presented and tasted amazing. He was super communicative in the lead up to the booking and a lovely, easy presence in the house on the day. The whole experience felt relaxed and special. Would 100% recommend!

From start to finish Lauren was excellent. Her communication, approach, flexibility, on day updates, delicious healthy tasty food. I can’t recommend her enough. Lauren catered for an entire day, breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner which she left ready for me to easily serve as arranged. My guests enjoyed speaking with her and she was unobtrusive and engaging at the perfect times. It was a pleasure to have Lauren as part of the team yesterday; a lovely person to have in our home.

Chef Shirley cooked for our friend’s hen do and was amazing from start to finish. Communication was easy and she kept us updated throughout. She accommodated our food requirements, arrived promptly, and calmly got on with everything, even tidying up after! Shirley is really friendly and easy to chat to, making everyone feel comfortable.
