Just returned from Fife, all 14 of us!, after a great stay at Greenknowes farmhouse. Booked Brian for the Friday evening when even more family turned up. Even though he was very busy, always had time to say hello to others in our party. Great, relaxed evening and fantastic food provided by Brian. We had to select from a couple of his menus in order to cater for dietary requirements, which wasn’t a problem. Would recommend his Arriba menu, lovely food.

Thomas was a pleasure to have as part of the evening for my friends hen do. He was friendly and professional throughout the evening, he even took a group photo for us. The food was delicious and he personalised an option for us when we asked. Would highly recommend inviting Thomas to cook for your next party!

Daniel brought an amazing energy to my dinner. He made sure everyone was happy and went above and beyond for us. His food was delicious, with lots of thought and time put into the whole process. He was also great to communicate with, answering any and all questions. Overall, a wonderful chef!

I booked Chef Jay to my house to cater for 18 people for my wife's 40th birthday. He was awesome! He arrived early, was polite, engaging, and the food was outstanding. He presented me some great options beforehand and changed a few things upon my request. My family loved him as well and he chatted with everyone and described the food as he was serving, he also made an additional item not on the menu. One of the best decisions I made and advise you to not to hesitate to book him for your function

I booked Ash for a surprise Birthday cookery class for my wife, and I, to relive the days before Covid and a toddler, where we would attend cooking classes and eat what we cooked. Ash showed us fine dining prep and cookery techniques and during the planning phase gave me wonderful ideas and suggestions. He is very friendly and professional. I would have zero hesitation recommending Ash, his enthusiasm and love for the food he makes was very clear to see. Thank you so much for a special event!
