Absolutely incredible experience with Paul and I can’t thank him enough! We had enough food to feed the 5000 and lasted 2 days! Paul was able to cater for the bride to be who is coeliac and made the most incredible GF Bakewell tart. The communication was amazing and made sure she knew exactly what she could/couldn’t have and even catered for the picky eaters who LOVED the food! The bride to be wanted to keep Paul forever! I will definitely be booking again in the future!

I told the chef that we had a 1 vegan and 1 gluten free person and these were not properly accommodated to, especially the vegan who was hardly able to eat anything. Considering the cost pp this was very disappointing. The chef also forgot some stuff which I had to go out and buy for him. He also didn’t say that he was going to use my pans, utensils or serving bowls/dishes, to which 1 pan and 1 bowl and a few of the utensils are actually ruined I have had a to throw them away. Please can something be done about this as considering what we paid I am disappointed. The food overall was lovely but there were quite a few issues and dietary requirements not met as it was agreed that they would be during our conversations. That on top of the other stuff! Furthermore I have now noticed that he has damaged our hob. We had a brand new kitchen fitted last year and this was an expensive hob.

Incredible private chef experience! Would highly recommend! Chef Fumbi even provided a gift for the bride as the dinner was to celebrate her hen!

Ray was so wonderful , we absolutely loved the experience with him. We would love to have Ray cook for us again! Every part of the meal was just so delicious, we all loved his cooking. Ray was so lovely, professional and personable and I absolutely recommend you book him!

We recently used James for our wedding and couldent recommend him enough. Communication was brilliant throughout and his food was incredible.

Paul was great. Very helpful dialogue throughout the whole booking and came up with some good suggestions for food. Needless to say the food was superb, thanks for everything Paul!

Absolutely fantastic, worked tirelessly to produce exquisite canapés and utterly outstanding food. Delicious. Polite and friendly, waitress Louise was a trooper. Fabulous occasion, and I would highly recommend this chef.
