Lucasz is highly personable and accommodating for flexible needs and allergies. Once you set him up with your kitchen space, he can be left alone to get on with food preparation. He takes time to explain what he's doing (if that's something your guests are interested in) and respects the space he's working in. He tidies as he goes and leaves you feeling relaxed he is on top of things. I would definitely be turning to Lucasz again ! Brilliant food, interaction and pride in his work.

Easy going chef friendly and professional. Arrived on time. Food was of a good quality and enjoyed by everyone. Kitchen left clean as discussed.

Chef fouad was great, he was friendly , chatty and nothing was too much trouble. We had him while we did a murder mystery dinner and he was great at working with the actors on times. The food was presented beautifully and there was so much food. The arancini’s and dressing were incredible and the steak was beautiful, melt in your mouth. We even all had food to take home. I would 100% recommend or book again. The kitchen I think was left cleaner then when he started. Amazing.

I booked Brij for a large group of 23 people and I just knew he was the one straight away lol! He was amazing with communication, nothing was too much trouble, he really took the stress away. I was nervous on the day as you really don’t know how it’s going to turn out but wow it could not have gone better. We had Italian and Mexican sharing platters and it was just unreal. The vibe & the food 10/10! Brij’s truffle potatoes - TO DIE FOR. Special shout out to Omar too. Thank you so much guys! X

Sam has been great throughout the whole event. The communication before and the way he was in the kitchen and dealing with all our guests was Fantastic! Sam made our weekend and everyone has walked away saying that the best lunch was the best part and the food was excellent!! I would highly recommend Sam for any event!

Jorge didn't meet our expectations, he blew them out of the water! This is the best food we have had cooked at our place or in a restaurant. And I do not say that lightly! Jorge followed our idea of a steak barbecue and magnified it into a feast. Everything was absolutely delicious. Jorge is also friendly, kind and very attentive to our guests. This is not the last time we will be calling on his magic-making in the kitchen.

Fantastic - super professional and friendly; food was excellent and abundant. Ben catered for almost 40x people and did a fantastic job and would thoroughly recommend for others.
