After professionally training as a chef, he quickly rose to the position of head chef. He has an exceptional record of service and international experience at such noted establishments as The Dorchester (Henry Brossi), The Claridges, Lindsay House (Richard Corrigan), Le Gavroche(Michel Roux jr) and Spoon des Iles (by Alain Ducasse). He has won much recognition in his lifetime such as Best Gastro pub in Islington Gazette (2009, 2010) while Head Chef at The Marquess Tavern. In pursuit of his lifelong love for the culinary world, he loves creating new and innovating in the kitchen. This works best for private dining events, as he consistently strives to take into account the minutest details of a host's needs and create something truly unique and bespoke for every dinner party guest.
