Born and raised in the western Loire in France, Loïc has 40 years of culinary expertise behind him. He did his chef apprenticeship in a 3 rosette restaurant by the Loire Valley river. He trained at the 2- star Michelin, The Ritz, and La Tour D'argent both in Paris, and at the same time he also learned at the celeb Cordon Bleu school in Paris . He has worked all over in world- in Paris, London, Los Angeles, Monaco, Genève, and many more exotic places. Over the years he has been a personal chef for high-end celebrities and families in London and Surrey, been a personal chef for premier league footballers, creating nutritional weekly menus. He has also cooked for multiple heads of state on many occasions in UK and abroad. He has been running his own immensely popular establishment for the past 8 years. He is extremely passionate about food and is a true master at work.
