Born and raised in London, Chef Lockie grew up with food in the family; spending his youth among the dining tables of his uncle's renowned Soho restaurant and wine bar, before entering into the professional culinary universe himself to pursue a passion for cooking. After an apprenticeship at The Blueprint Cafe (Jeremy Lee), and stints at other establishments in London's bourgeoning food scene, Lockie entered into the world of fashion shoot catering (Burberry, Christian Dior and Vogue et al), as well as TV and Film. He has worked as a private chef for the last several years.
