She is extremely knowledgeable about sushi, teppanyaki and sake and offers classes, dinner parties, sake tastings and deliveries in these. She counts Oasis the band, Natalie Portman, Geri Halliwell, Ronan Keating, movie producer Jerry Weintraub, and Gurinder Chadha, among her legion of happy clients. Imaginative and passionate, Chef Keiko has created sushi using Gregg's bread as she is a fan of Gregg's products and a lover of sushi. Her favourite cookbook is Nobu West and she greatly admires the living legend, Chef Gordon Ramsay. Keiko’s passion for food, innovative food creation, cooking, and teaching has led her to become a leader in healthy Japanese cooking. She expertly combines traditional techniques with a modern flair to develop the best-tasting Japanese food in the world.
