From planning to execution, Chef Marco was outstanding. I told Marco of our favourite restaurant andbthe kind of dishes we liked, he then went away and came back with an incredible Japanese menu with his special twist on it. Everything was delicious and was explained perfectly by Marco when serving and he left the kitchen spotless at the end of the night. I will be booking Marco again - would recommend!

We had an amazing evening. From the very point at booking to delivery of the meal the service was exceptional. Chef Christian was always in contact and helped me with tasting notes so i could wine for every course. He made the evening so much more enjoyable and was very clean. There was nothing for me to do afterwards.

Was a great experience having John as our chef! He communicated well, designed a great menu with vegan and vegetarian options which tasted amazing and was super friendly on the night. He arrived and served on time, left the place sparkling and was just really lovely to have around

We had a great celebratory dinner thanks to Chef Aloysius and Trish. It took us ages to pick the menu because it all sounded so good but we were super happy with our choices, the whole meal tasted incredible. The portions were pretty big and we had leftover mac and cheese, potatoes and dessert which were enjoyed for breakfast! The vibe from the kitchen was calm and upbeat and it was left spotless. Thanks, we would definitely book again!

We had the pleasure of dining with this incredible chef, and it’s safe to say he exceeded all our expectations. His warm demeanour and professionalism made the evening unforgettable. The food? Simply exceptional. Every dish was a masterpiece. The Asian Slaw was a clear favourite but the Japanese Lamb Chops and Sriracha Wings, however, stole the show. We are already thinking of occasions to book him for again! A solid 10/10 experience- highly recommend.
