Louisa was great to deal with from start to finish. From creating and personalising the menu for our birthday event, to the amazing flavours packed into every single bite of her delicious dishes. We had an Indian inspired menu and every single dish was a complete hit. The Pani Puri to start were a favourite for the group that were delicious little flavour explosions that just perfectly set up what was to come. Louisa was super friendly and engaging and left the kitchen spotless once finished.

We had an amazing experience with Chef Davey! Everything he made was absolutely delicious - the lamb was especially tender and full of flavour, and the lemon tarts with Italian meringue were a big hit with everyone. He was super friendly, really efficient, and left the kitchen spotless afterwards. It made our weekend feel extra special - highly recommend!

Ryan was absolutely amazing. He blended in perfectly with 11 girls for a Hen Do. He worked very hard and is clearly very passionate about cooking. He took the time to explain each course before we ate which was a lovely touch. He did all the cleaning up and didn’t want our help. I would highly recommend Ryan. It’s hard to please 11 people so he provided lots of different dishes for us to share which worked great. The brides mum made a surprise appearance for the evening and he accommodated that

Chef Matt was incredibly easy to work with, especially given some of our requests around fussy eaters! He did an absolutely amazing job of catering for twelve of us, the only criticism being there was too much food (not a bad thing at all). The starters were mind blowing, with the home made bread being particularly delicious. The lamb main was very tender and the sweet potatoes out of this world. To top it off there wasn't a drop of ice cream left and the pavlova went down a treat.
