Manny’s attention to detail is amazing - every dish was presented perfectly and the pudding was a work of art. He helped me create our dream menu down to the most specific requests, which were all executed with ease. Excellent communication throughout the whole process. Manny is clearly very talented and his experience shows - I could trust him completely with the event and focus on hosting. Would recommend and rebook.

Scott arrived on time, was very friendly and worked well in a very basic kitchen. He produced a fabulous meal. The food was as described, if not better! We particularly enjoyed the satay chicken and mousse, the beef massaman and the chocolate mousse. We would definitely recommend and would book again if we were ever in the area!

Josh did an incredible job! I hired him to celebrate my 25th birthday with my girls and he was so attentive both before and during the event. I had questions about the menus and wanted to make changes which he was more than happy to accommodate for. The food was incredible too, I highly recommend!

Selma made a great effort to be communicative and responsive while we were planning the menu. She was friendly, and attentive, and made such an effort to make everything as perfect as it could possibly be. We particularly enjoyed the little surprises and extras, which was so kind of her. Selma’s strength is obviously her Brazilian food, but she is flexible and can do whatever is asked!

Chef Joy was great to work with, she was really helpful with the menu, flexible with us being late starting & the food was lovely. There was so much food we have enough for lunch. The backs a was delicious

Aloysius was fantastic and made my birthday party go brilliantly. The food was perfect and the service excellent, especially as he had to deal with a difficult oven! He was very friendly and left the house spotless. He was great helping with menu choices and accommodating to our needs before the event and communication was great. I would definitely book him again and would recommend anyone else do so. Fantastic, thank you very much.

Chef Kevin was lovely and the food was delicious. He was on time and able to accommodate a last minute booking. You can tell that he puts a lot of love and passion into his food. Kevin was polite and carefully explained the dishes for us. We were stuffed by the end of the meal and super happy with the whole experience. Everything was clean and tidied away afterwards. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Chef Kevin. Thank you so much for a lovely evening.

Chef Chris was an excellent communicator, showed up on time, was personable, and most importantly made some excellent food for our group! Every course was delicious and huge portions.
