Such a great experience with Yannis and Shelley. They joined us for a weekend in West Sussex and provided the most incredible Greek food we could ever have wished for. Such a lovely couple, they are engaging, knowledgeable, fun and generous. Such lovely attention to detail and simply lovely to have around.

Chef Fouad was incredibly talented and served up a delicious feast. We had a Lebanese sharing feast and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it! Fouad was very attentive and left everything sparkly clean before he left. Will definitely repeat!

Fabio was absolutely fantastic. Fabio turned around a whole 3 course dinner party for my friend’s hen do with just a couple of hours notice when we were left in the lurch by another chef. The food was absolutely delicious and so much care was taken to adapt the menu to the dietary requirements in the group. Fabio and his wonderful assistant were exactly what we needed, they absolutely saved the day. Fabio is someone who gets the job done, serves up deliciousness, and does so with a huge smile

Matt cooked a first class meal for my 70th birthday celebration for my close family. Matt made the whole process of agreeing the menu and making the arrangements easy, responding very quickly to any message I sent or question I had. He arrived on time and was a pleasure to have around. The food was excellent and his friendly relaxed approach helped make a first rate evening enjoyed by all. Matt and his assistant worked very hard all evening leaving the kitchen spotless.

We had a fantastic private dining experience with Chef Gianluigi. From start to finish, everything was handled with complete professionalism. Gianluigi arrived on time, was friendly yet discreet, and made us feel totally relaxed throughout the evening. The food was absolutely delicious - each course was beautifully presented and packed with flavour. You could really tell the quality of the ingredients and the attention to detail in the cooking.

Mark was quick to respond to messages before the event. We were a tricky bunch with two intolerance which he dealt with without any fuss. The food was incredible and he just got on it with it. Thanks Mark - would highly recommend!

Chef Tim was genuinely outstanding — I couldn’t have asked for a better private dining experience! He was professional, warm, and listened to our requests and preferences, but most of all, the food was absolutely exquisite. It was clear he put genuine time, care, and passion into making the entire evening exceptional. I would book him again in a heartbeat and to anyone lucky enough to have him cook for you: I’m officially jealous!
