Ashley stepped in with less than a month to go when the previous chef dropped out. He could not have been more accommodating. He adapted his menu to allow us to maintain the previous menu-selections of the guests. The whole event went without a hitch, and the food was delicious. I would recommend his services to anyone and wouldn't hesitate to use him again in the future.

We all thoroughly enjoyed having chef Giulio cook for us at the weekend. He was great to deal with from booking right through to the end of the event. Communication was always prompt. The food was delicious, we all enjoyed it. Loved the different meat flavours and salad choices. Giulio himself was a delight, really friendly and great with the kids and had a good laugh with us. We would definitely use Giulio again! Thanks for making John’s birthday event so special!

Kristy was amazing!!! She came early to scope out the air bnb. She was so friendly and fun and engaging which added to the food experience. The food was fantastic!!! We did a Spanish meal and it was great for everyone with a group of 12. Highly recommend!
