Chef Christian was punctual and turned up on time. He adapted the menu to our request. There were lots of hidden charges applied after the event, which was annoying. Some of the food was cold when served, albeit it was for a large group.

My wife hired Michael for a birthday dinner in Cornwall. Michael was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Despite never having cooked in our kitchen before, he made it his own. He prepared the menu based on our selections, which were oysters, scallops and a superb beef main - everything perfectly balanced and absolutely delicious! I can still taste the chili sauce he prepared for the oysters! We highly recommend Michael. 5 stars for sure!

James was extremely professional. food was beautifully presented & delicious. He explained each dish clearly after everyone was served. He cleared everything away & the kitchen was spotless afterwards. It was a very relaxing experience for my husbands 80th birthday celebration with close friends. I would certainly recommend James.

Chef Chris was AMAZING for our long weekend getaway. He came on the first day, and the food he prepared for both brunch and dinner were fantastic. He worked easily with our dietary restrictions and our request to have enough heat and eat food for the rest of the weekend. He was friendly, worked easily with our timeline for the day and left the place clean. I can't compliment the food and his friendliness enough.

Having used private chefs numerous times preciously, it is sad to say that Mark fell short of our groups previous experiences. The size of some dishes were rather small. For example the crispy pork would have been adequate for 3 people but not for the 6 in our group. Again the chicken dish had a lot of sauce and minimal chicken. The street food fries appeared cooked and then warmed up and again there appeared minimal chicken. The dessert although pleasant fell short of its description.
