Everything was perfect! From designing the menu, to the food itself, it was everything we could have hoped for.

Writing Francisco understood our dinner brief straight away, making the whole planning process effortless compared with other chefs we considered. On the day, he was friendly and engaging with everyone, including the children. All three courses — prawn tacos, venison loin, and chocolate and pear dessert — were delicious. The kitchen was left clean and organised. Thank you, Francisco, for making our celebration so memorable!

The food was excellent and thoroughly enjoyed by all guests. Definitely highly recommend Paul to anyone looking for a chef.

Ash cooked a three course meal plus an amuse-bouche, and every plate landed brilliantly. The food was excellent, but what made the evening was Ash himself. Before each course he told us the story behind what we were about to eat: the ingredients, the ideas, the reasons behind each pairing. Ash clearly has a passion for this and loves his work, and that comes through in every dish. Plus he made it work from a small kitchen. By the end of the night Ash had a room full of fans, clapping him out!

Matt came in, got himself set up, was super amicable and efficient, described each meal and answered any questions we had, and did a fantastic job of clearing up afterwards. We had the absolute pleasure of Chef Bear come and cook an Italian night for 11 people to celebrate my husband’s 50th, what an amazing evening it was! The food was absolutely incredible, every dish was delicious, & beautifully prepared, We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Chef Bear to anyone looking for a fantastic private dining experience. We will define using Chef Bear again for our next annual get together 😊

Absolutely fantastic! From the very first contact all the way through to cooking the meal, Davey was a delight. The food was delicious and you could tell how much passion and quality had gone into the ingredients and cooking. We hired chef Davey to cook a meal for 12 of us in o celebrate a 50th birthday and everyone enjoyed the meal and said how good it was! I’d recommend Davey to anyone, well worth the money and even does the washing up!
