Chef Xavier was outstanding. We hired him for my mom’s 75th birthday dinner in Joshua Tree and he made the night feel truly special. The food was excellent: a beautiful grazing table, delicious burrata, shrimp, filet, salmon, sides, and Basque cheesecake. Everything felt elevated but relaxed and perfect for a family celebration. He was responsive, flexible, thoughtful, and even helped create a special dessert moment for my sister-in-law’s birthday. Warm, professional, and highly recommended.

The experiences was top notch! Chef James was professional, engaging, accommodating and made our night special. He fed 10 loud, rambunctious gals some yummy stuff, some of which were brand new moms that needed a break….the kitchen was left spotless! Thank you Chef! I’ll be thinking about that crudo for a long time.

Chef Louis was amazing, food was incredible and he let me make some last minute changes to the menu which was super nice of him. 100% would recommend him to anyone!

We had a tasty and varied Thai sharing menu cooked by Robert for our party of 10. Everyone agreed it was all delicious and exactly what we hoped for. Robert was amiable and although there was limited cooking space and equipment in our cabin in Blackwood Forest he coped really well and produced a wonderful and memorable meal. Highly recommended, thank you Robert.

An absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The food was delicious, we chose Italian dishes that everyone loved and everything was served with perfect timing throughout the evening. The kitchen was left incredibly tidy, which was so appreciated, and the whole experience felt completely seamless. On top of that, Chef Jake was so kind, warm and chatty, creating such a relaxed atmosphere for everyone. Everything worked perfectly and I genuinely couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

What a wonderful chef! From booking and designing the menu to the evening of the event. Communication was great and the Food was gorgeous and PLENTY of it! Everyone had an amazing time. We couldn’t be anymore grateful for finding Milad!
