We booked Mike for my 50th for 19 guests and he did a menu which was from the bbq menu it all sounded great on the menu and tasted just a good if not better in person so much food!!! Still eating days later. We were so happy. All our guess we so impressed was a great event thank you Mike

> Canapes > Starter Platter >Mains - Lamb Barbacoa Lamb shoulder slow-cooked in a blend of guajillo and ancho chilies, garlic, and Mexican spices. - Jamaican Jerk Chicken Chicken marinated in a spicy jerk sauce made from Scotch bonnet peppers, allspice, and thyme. - Japanese Yakitori Skewers of chicken thigh, scallion, and bell pepper, glazed with a tare sauce and grilled and pickled ginger. - Brazilian Picanha Skewers Top sirloin cap steak seasoned with rock salt, cumin and a little smoked paprika, skewered with peppers and onion and served with chimichurri. - Mediterranean Grilled Sea Bass. Fresh sea bass fillets marinated in olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and herbs, then grilled to perfection. Drew was highly responsive, available for calls and texts before the meal to discuss menus and planning. During the event, Drew and his team went all out to make sure we had the best time. The food, the service, and their attitude were all excellent. We’d work with them again in a heartbeat.

Chef Chris was amazing to work with. The food was great, communication easy & prompt, and menu selection right on the money. Served about 15 for a bachelor party (BBQ menu with burgers, hot dogs, ribs, etc) and the entire meal was talked about throughout the weekend. If you need a great chef to help make planning meals, feeding a larger group easier, Chris is your guy!

What a wonderful experience! We had tapas style dishes and the dinner with Chef Graham was the highlight of our holiday. The food was all fantastic and Graham was very engaging throughout the night. If you can book Graham I highly recommend him, you won’t be regretting it!

A great guy, delivering a huge great range of food to our large group of 23. Handled my requests for adjustments to timings and anything else with ease. Left it so I didn't have to really think for a minute about food and keeping people fed. Highly recommend!

Chef Xavier went above and beyond for our intimate family-only elopement dinner for 14. He and his team were excellent from start to finish. They all were so nice to work with and truly took care of everything. The food was presented beautifully, and it was absolutely delicious!! Everyone was raving about it all night. I would hire him for another event in a heartbeat and highly recommend!!
